Hiring Barry Rabinovitz of Classic Homes to represent you as a Buyer’s Broker is the only way to go! He helped me and my family buy the right home despite all kinds of obstacles in our way. When we met, we were immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and experience, as well as his kind and down-to-earth attitude in working with us. The market at the time was a total Seller’s market and houses were selling very fast and way over asking price. We kept getting beat on our offers by other buyers despite always going way over full price.
